This is a personal portfolio. We do not run user accounts, forms, or comment sections. The only data processed is what your browser automatically transmits when loading any web page: IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested URL, referrer.

This information is processed only as long as it is necessary to deliver the page and is not used to identify you personally.

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. Vercel processes the technical request data described above as our processor under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Vercel uses Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers to the US.

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to count anonymous page views and measure Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP). These products are cookieless, do not fingerprint, do not track across sites, and truncate IP addresses before any persistence. No personal profile is built.

If you click Schedule 30 min, a consent notice is shown first; nothing is loaded from Calendly at that point. Only after you confirm is the embedded scheduling widget from Calendly LLC (Atlanta, GA, USA) loaded; at that moment Calendly receives your IP address and may set cookies. Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. If you tick “remember my choice”, your consent is stored in your browser's localStorage (mh-calendly-consent) so you are not asked again on this device.

The site stores two preferences in your browser's localStorage: your selected theme (paper / dusk) and your selected language. These are strictly necessary to remember your choice between visits. They are not transmitted to any server and contain no personal data.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and to object to processing. You can lodge a complaint with the Berlin data protection authority (datenschutz-berlin.de).
