Who is responsible

Data we collect
This is a personal portfolio. We do not run user accounts, forms, or comment sections. The only data processed is what your browser automatically transmits when loading any web page — IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested URL, referrer.
This information is processed only as long as it is necessary to deliver the page and is not used to identify you personally.
Hosting (Vercel)
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. Vercel processes the technical request data described above as our processor under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Vercel uses Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers to the US.

Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to count anonymous page views and measure Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP). These products are cookieless, do not fingerprint, do not track across sites, and truncate IP addresses before any persistence. No personal profile is built.
Calendly (only on click)
If you click Schedule 30 min, an embedded scheduling widget from Calendly LLC (Atlanta, GA, USA) is loaded inside a modal. At that moment Calendly receives your IP address and the cookies it sets. Calendly displays its own consent prompt before any non-essential cookies are stored.
If you do not click that button, no data is sent to Calendly. Calendly's privacy policy: calendly.com/privacy
Local storage
The site stores two preferences in your browser's localStorage — your selected theme (paper / dusk) and your selected language. These are strictly necessary to remember your choice between visits. They are not transmitted to any server and contain no personal data.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and to object to processing. You can lodge a complaint with the Berlin data protection authority (datenschutz-berlin.de).
